Application & Registration
Online Application and/or Registration through Cornerstone.
Please note that there are three different situations for registration:
- NEW Family
- CURRENT Family
- CURRENT Family with a brand NEW Student
Please follow the instructions for the situation that fits your status.

Please complete the Online Application. This is only for families who did not have students enrolled for a previous school year.
CURRENT Families (with & without a brand new student):
Please log into Cornerstone with the username and password provided by the school. If you do not know your username and password please email our Technology Coordinator now. Just log in, click the School tab, then for each student you want to register, click Enrollment, then click Yes and Save. See the detailed instructions below for more information or if you also need to ADD a new student.
If you have had students enrolled at Blessed Trinity in previous years other than 2012-13, please contact the school office for login information.

Blessed Trinity uses TADS to assess your family’s financial need. TADS forms must be filled out if you would like to receive tuition assistance of any sort and this year's deadline is February 22, 2013. This form applies to students attending Catholic Schools throughout the Archdiocese. There is a $34 processing fee to apply for financial aid. If you have a child who attends the Academy of Holy Angels, you do not need to fill out another form if you completed one with them; you just also need to enter our school code (23333) along with Holy Angels. It is easy, fast and secure.
Click on the TADS link above and begin by clicking on the green "Apply for Financial Aid" button on the right hand side. It may be helpful to download and print the following worksheet to help you organize your information for application:
(b) After submitting your TADS application we ask you to complete the Blessed Trinity Tuition Assistance Application Form and return it to us.
(a) Submit the Registration Fee to the school office. 2013-14 Registration Fees are as follows:
- $120 per family, nonrefundable: if registered by March 8, 2013
- $150 per family, nonrefundable: if registered after March 8, 2013
- $120 per family, nonrefundable: new families
