In-Parish Tuition Rate

Blessed Trinity Catholic School is the parish school of Assumption, St. Peter and St. Richard.  The three parishes strive to provide a Catholic education for their children with a reduction in the cost of tuition.  The parishes each provide an annual subsidy of $159,000.00 toward the operation of the school.  Additionally, the parishes provide the utilities and maintenance for the school.  The three parishes are able to provide the school subsidy and other services because of the financial support and volunteer efforts of our parishioners.

We expect the families of our school children to be active members of one of the three parishes.  Catholic education is most meaningful when it is in the context of strong and practical faith.  In celebrating the Sacrament of Baptism, parents said "Yes" to an important question:

You have asked to have your child baptized.  In doing so you are accepting the responsibility of training him/her in the practice of the faith.  It will be your duty to bring him/her up to keep God's commandments as Christ taught us, by loving God and our neighbor.  Do you clearly understand what you are undertaking?

In order to qualify for in-parish tuition, a family must demonstrate at least these aspects of being a practicing Catholic:

bulletGiving back to God the worship we owe by participating in the Mass every Sunday (or Saturday evening)
bulletGiving our time and talent back to God by being involved in various parish ministries, committees, projects, or other works of service
bulletGiving back to God a portion of our financial treasure by regular contributions to the parish.

Parishioners must complete an In-Parish Tuition Rate Request Form available from the school office.
